The domestic semiconductor industry has marked a significant milestone with the successful development of first fully self-developed, high-reliability 19nm 2D NAND Flash Memory for Medium and Small Densities.

Wuxi, China – In August 2022, UNIM Innovation, a rising star in China’s semiconductor industry, successfully closed its Pre-Series A funding round, raising over 20 million USD.

In May 2022, UNIM Innovation officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Phison Electronics Corp. , a leading global provider of NAND flash controllers.

UNIM has recently completed an angel round of financing exceeding 15 million USD. The round was led by Sail Venture Capital, with Runtu and Wuxi Jinwu Venture Capital Partnership participating as co-investors. The funds will be used to support product R&D, procurement of key equipment, and the tape-out of two flagship storage memory products.
